I havent posted here in a very long time. I joined about 6 years ago. I don't eveknow why I am here.
I guess I am just writing one desperate thing before I say goodbye to life for good.
I am so tired of trying to live. I can't even smile properly. Life just isn't worth it. So so long and thanks for the all fish.

Hey @The-red-centaur well done for reaching out for that support. I hope the sunset is a helpful distraction and you're able to have time to talk to your support worker. If things escalate for you once you're home, I would encourage you to contact crisis support. You're not alone and you don't have to go through this alone.

I shall have food and watch starears I've calmed a little. My support worker wants me to go to hospital if things get worse but I can't deal with that after what happened over weekend. I'm trying to be safe. I am just tired.

What a beautiful sunset @The-red-centaur You are trying so hard to keep yourself safe, I can see that. Keep going. I would encourage you to listen to your support worker, they are there with you and can see things we cannot. Food and water is always a good idea.
