I'm glad to hear you are having a good day. I love the middle isle of Aldi too. You can pick up some really good bargains. On the down side I normally end up spending more than I wanted too!!!

It sounds like your garden is growing nicely. Seeing a photo of your plant steps would be really good.

That garden sounds wonderful @Oaktree - I need you to do some work for me - but then - my garden is planting itself - I have some geraniums growing in different spaces in the courtyard - all by themselves - it looks green and lovely outside atm.

I gave my son-in-law one of those three step garden things for Christmas a few years ago and it looks great in their garden with different plants growing on it. I'd like to grow herbs in pots myself - I did have parsley, tomatoes and silver beet it large pots - I have the feeling my daughter set them for me - it was wonderful just going out and picking fresh stuff - I think I had rosemary and sage - or thyme - I love fresh herbs - I use a lot of dried ones in my cooking - fresh are better though.

Yesterday I made cookies - I like my home-made ones best - one week they didn't have the crackers I ordered from the supermarket and they sent 2 kg of muesli instead - the only way I want to use that is making cookies with sultanas - and sprinkle vanilla sugar over them - 15 minutes prep, 15 minutes in the oven - lovely aroma all through my home and something different for dessert. I haven't done this often lately - I need to get into the habit again.

Naw, thanks for asking @Shaz51 . She's doing really well. She's coming home today some time. Just working out what we need for mobility and independence for her around the house while she recovers. I was so damn nervous but much better now.

My weekend was very big

Ha ha my husband had hundreds of projects going at once but ended up doing all and more that he wanted to get done

I even got more of my teapots out which have been in storage for 2 years after our fire , needed a clean, they were all black from the smoke @Snowie , @Meowmy , @Owlunar , @Oaktree , @tyme
