You are right. I was waiting for my hubby’s return. I rushed out to the driveway to meet him and grabbed his bag and water bottle. I had the kettle boiling for him but he only wanted a cold drink.

He did really well today and he is not even being grumpy with me even though he is in loads of pain. I love that man with all my heart!!!

You have a very vivid and accurate imagination.

@Oaktree I am glad you are growing this thread. Your way. Denial of the down times can actually be worse than being honest about them. Once said and accpeted, it kind of gives the space to also be enthusiastic and all the other more light hearted ways. For me I am used to beinding and stretching to fit in, so finding my way has been a recent journey.

This morning I went to Mah-jong for the second time. Last time I went I fluked one win. Today I won 4 times. Must be beginners luck I reckon. Had a decent time. I had to walk there and back because hubby is at work today and so he has the car.

My cucumbers are looking great! I hope my other seeds germinate soon. I am not the most patient person waiting for that to happen.

Tomorrow I get my first shipment of Lite n Easy. I am excited to get started. Day 1 will be Thursday.

I got 4 of my crocheted squares blocked this morning so now I am waiting for them to dry. I have to crochet two more and then block the final 3 squares.

Today is a good day! Life is good.

Hi @Oaktree i am happy to find u here on this kind and supportive thread u have made. That crochet sounds really beautiful and seems very important to you. Its so nice you hage a great group here of some of the nicest people ive had the privelege to share with here.

I am haooy ur winning in things. When i was in the ed i watched real housewives of BH and im hooked now....back to reality tv as u told me about a show u enjoyed watching with ur son (if i remember correctly)...with Trixie.

Yes you are right it was a show with Trixie Mattel in it. I watch a lot of reality tv. I like all kinds of rubbish. Sister Wives, Seeking Sister Wife, 90 Day Fiance, Teen Mom, Married at First Sight etc etc. My hubby hates it lol. I used to enjoy the court shows like Judge Judy but hubby was so adamantly opposed that I stopped watching them. Same with crime shows like Law and Order. I guess I don’t have very good taste in television.

I am glad that you have found a show which you like to watch.
