Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

Well you know that ain't true @Fluttershy1 - but having feelings like that, even when we know it's not true, can still hurt.
What's been helpful for you so far tonight? Got some fortnight or sweet tunes on the go?

im feeling really depressed and not myself, I feel like I’m just a waste of space……
Everyone is just making me feel bad about myself and my step mum called me fat and ugly. I’m just at a point where I feel like I just don’t care about myself anymore.
