Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

@Snowie @Kyle1 @tyme - today has been horrible, nothing has gone my way, I keep getting told I can do this and that when I can’t at the moment, I’ve been told that I can do better than I am, my NDIS coordinator told me I don’t disassociate and that I don’t have DID a when I do,
everyone is bringing me down, I feel so hopeless and worthless, I don’t know what I’ve done to them for them to do this to me.
Another thing that has also annoyed me is the fact I have had this one support worker for awhile and now the have just turned around and told me they hardly have any time for me anymore as they are to busy.
im so unhappy and a mess right now.
I feel not good enough.
I want to run and hide from the world.

I telephoned acute care during a crisis and they told me to simply change my mind!...

No, it isn't.
It makes you believe no one actually cares. And the irony of that is these people are workers in health care...
I think sooner or later we have to find "care" in each other and particularly in ourselves...
I wonder what your rabbits would say, if they could describe you as caring...?
