Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

I really feel for you. I thought it was just happening to me.
I am flabbergasted at the general level of incompetency.
Why do people make the smallest and simplest of things so difficult? 😞
Is it because it’s almost Christmas and people just aren’t functioning?

me, the psychiatrist was really rude, telling me I’m a attention seeker for a attempt at the start of the week. Apparently they can’t handle me I’m a hard case. Nobody wants tot take over my care.

@Fluttershy1 I hope for a day when psychiatry, psychology and neurobiology are blended. There are too many gaps in the field of mental health.
