Sorry to hear that @Fluttershy1
I woke up yesterday feeling like that. Its horrible, I know. And very isolating.
By the evening time I had started new meds and it had quite an impact... I slept early, and really well.
But during the inbetween I muscled on through. I remembered a relaxation technique (which is the first thing I do while still in bed). Where I consciously unclench any muscles that I've unknowingly bunched up tightly. And this feels good. Though most times I have to do it 3 or 4 times in a row because my body will spring back into tight anxiety...
Then I went out of the house to a public space and enjoyed myself a cappuccino. It's my fave Cafe and I gave myself permission to atleast have the opportunity to enjoy it once more. And since I had company I did enjoy it.
After that I made a fire before visiting my GP. My fire failed, but my daughters were able to use some sort of superhero powers to get it blazing afterall, and the meeting with .y GP went really well: wr actually came up with a bit more of a battle plan, as opposed to emergency intervention, so that was promising...
And on my way home, even though I had dinner in the oven, I stopped in to the Cafe for a side order of hot chips. While waiting (and chatting on the Forums) the lady there came over and gifted me a free plate of potato bake. I was pleasantly gob smacked - first at her kindness, and second: how did she know that I LOVE potato bake?!? ...❤
