Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

@Jynx - 3 more days 😭, I’m having bad sensory issues wearing it, it’s so long, I have sensory processing disorder. Everything is just overwhelming,
grandma is also getting to me, I’m safe
