Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

Hi @outlander @Owlunar @Jacques @Shaz51 @Snowie @Zoe7 @Eve7 @Jynx @tyme @Meowmy @Oaktree @Lee82 @Appleblossom @Bunniekins @MDT - it’s a up and down roller coaster I’m tired of riding it. My moods are so unstable, the physiatrist said they can do nothing to help me which made me feel worse they invalidated me and my BPD and said it won’t help me when it will, they didn’t change my meds, they just pushed me off like I was nothing. They are discharging me in the next week because they can’t help me and no treatment will help my Bpd, they stigmatised my BPD so much!

@Fluttershy1 hello Fluttershy, sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. It must be very scary, lonely and frustrating. Hope you might find some comfort in something around the mental care system. It's so hard for you.

Cuddles is always good @Fluttershy1 and I hope playing some games helps take your mind off things. You are definitely good enough, and no one ever gets to tell you otherwise - no one else gets to decide your worth.
