Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

I'm glad you're doing the stuff that helps when you're feeling dissociated. It will pass, I know it's tough but you'll get through!

@Fluttershy1 Perry is equally cute 😍 When you say weighted penguin - do you mean he's full of sand or something? I didn't know you could get weighted plushies!
Sometimes that's all we can do! Plus you are reaching out for connection and support, which is always a good thing to do.
