Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

Hey @outlander @Snowie @tyme @Kyle1 @Shaz51 - things are ok, still not great. Trying to deal with my mood swings and having emotional outbursts, I’m with a outpatient community mental health team at this current point of time.
