Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

when I try that @Fluttershy1 I mostly end up in bed trying to sleep time away.
That's why I like movies these days: because I can't always drop off to sleep, I can more often escape into a movie.
I guess sooner or later I will have to face reality, but it's not yet time for that...
You've mentioned having Nintendo switch before, but maybe it doesn't work like it used to??
