Ten weeks wait to see a general counsellor...
I actually bit into my lip. It's the first time I've done that on purpose.
It felt good.

Trying...really hard. But feeling so isolated. More so for having reached out. These past three weeks - reaching out. Yet no one available. Not psychs. Not counsellors. Not lawyers. Not social worker.
Damn...!
I need assistance, world. Please, just a little at the moment. Please!

Wow @Kyle1 that seems like such a long time. I'm sorry to hear that especially as you've been really struggling lately. It seems so unfair. I have no words of advice, just validation that it doesn't seem like a mental health system working well with long waits like that 😞

@Kyle1 @ It's difficult dealing with mental illness. It's worse when you feel like you are doing it alone. I've been there.
Hold on.
One day at a time feels trite but sometimes it's down to dealing with the next half hour,. and then the next. But it will get easier.
If I give life the opportunity it will eventually change for the better. Just never ruddy soon enough for my taste. Sometimes life needs a fast forward button.

@Gillie1 yes, agreed.
Thank you, @Gillie1
Sometimes it's unbearable. Then sometimes it is...
It's like that riddle: " how do you eat an elephant"?

Can we add pepper to spice up the elephant, I figure it is salty enuff? @Kyle1
I am finding the shortage of those in said professions a little strange. Seems like it is a little manufactured in order to keep prices high. IMHO.
You can do this. The responses on here are mostly not paid and a bit random I know. What are the distractions that have worked for you so far?

@Kyle1
saw post then it went
I fell into self harm accidentally. Its good to understand one's own triggers and feelings. It is not that unusual to want the extreme sensations to distract from life's pain, until the pain created interferes in its own way ... into life.
I believe you have many good qualities that will help you pull through.
