Lost

Lost

hi to everyone.

I'm feeling awful again and looking at ways out. I was just hoping for a hello from someone?

@Former-Member

God bless you. And thank you!

I appreciate you thinking of me..

To be honest, I am a mess. It's another morning of tears for me. And I can't stop them. It gets scary after awhile... The despair. The utter sadness. The shaking and tremors... I honestly fo not know what to do any more

Re: Lost

I have something for you @Kyle1. I used to suffer with extreme psychosis (schizophrenia) and bipolar mood swings. Many years of agonising pain. I started following some of the advice put out there by Anthony William, Medical Medium (New York Times bestselling Hay House author) and my symptoms dissipated. I have been symptom free for over 10 years.

His work has so much street credibility. I saw someone else on you tube with schizophrenia get out of his diagnosis and go off and lead a normal life after following some advice on free medical medium podcasts. He said he has never known such happiness. Saw someone else with bipolar do a tick tock testimony with mutliple health problems and bipolar and now cured of bipolar.

He also has doctors consult with him for their difficult to treat patients and many professionals follow him. Dr Christiane Northrup, women's health pioneer wrote a foreward to one of his books. Other doctors have done the same. Go to www.medicalmedium.com

Get "Brain Saver" books! You can heal. His service is free to the world and its subsidised via his elite clientele who consult with him. He's the real deal.

I did not see a psychiatrist in over a decade only up until recently for medicine management with my diabetes.

Want you to heal! Have faith in a rosy future

Hi @Kyle1

Sorry to hear things are still really tough for you. I have all my fingers and toes crossed that this turns for the better soon. Do you have other supports in place? I aplogise if you have already mentioned this, but can't recall.

Sending warmest wishes

Hanami

Hi @Kyle1,

I can really feel the pain in your post. I'm sorry you are feeling this way - it sounds like a lot to sit with. I know it's not much but please know that we care a lot about you and we are sitting with you through this. I really hope you start to feel a bit better as the day goes on.

Keeping posting and reaching out if you need to - we are here for you.

Warm wishes,

hi, Hanami. And thank you!

Other supports? Sort of, and sometimes. Never when the dire hours strike, it seems... In those times I reach for medication, and sometimes I can manage to make myself a coffee...

It's really strange to me, that this is happening. That it continues to happen. And I haven't yet found the internal resource to manage it...

I honestly feel traumatised.

On a positive note, it is a glorious sunny day in the out of doors!

Re: Lost

I hear you @Kyle1 . My worst thoughts used to come in the middle of the night or early morning hours. When no one was around to talk to of course.

I used to contemplate getting up and talking to my dogs about how I was feeling!

It sure is tough when you're in those depths of despair. It's great that you keep reaching out here. I can see that you've made some great connections in such a short amount of time. That's a real plus!

Sending warmest wishes

Hanami

@hanami

yes, I'm learning to not kid myself and just open up these days... and talking with others like yourself, and church members has helped me learn how to walk that out...

That's support.

Thank you.
