Overwhelmed

Overwhelmed

Rant incoming warning ⚠️.

December I lost my support dog/heart and since that day everything feels too much I can't be in my house and I don't have ppl around me who care as iam normally their support but I can't keep all this in my head. I don't sleep I smoke more than ever before and can't seem to not cry. Nights are bad as when I feel like this my dog his name was captain was beside me or he would do something to break me out of my head now I look over at a wooden box as that's all I have now. The ppl around me just ignore if I bring up how iam doing as their issues r more important and that's on me have been doing the whole fake face thing since I can remember but right now I can't I don't know how to talk or get thru this. Last year I lost my family who stole my I.d ran up alot of debit in my name n to top that off they posted photos from court documents to all the social media I had laughing at things that have really fucked me up in life. Then I lost cap n now I feel lost. I wish I could say something uplifting but right now I just need to talk apparently hoping this helps as I don't know what the fuck to do. Also can we swear in this?

Re: Overwhelmed

Hello lovely @Nemxa I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved dog last year. I used to have a support dog myself and when he was euthanased I felt lost.

I'm into crystals in a big way and they got me through the grieving. Crystals have metaphysical properties because the piezoelectric activity from a crystal changes your state when you wear it. All human emotion resides there in the emotional body and crystals can change all kinds of emotions including deep seated grief

"Apache` Tear" crystal takes the edge off grief. I am no stranger to bereavement having lost lots of people. I had to do something as sedation just wasn't enough and I had nobody to help me through the grief. I never believed in crystals but do now. Apache` Tear stops the overwhelming tide of emotions associated with grief. It works better than sedative medicines minus the side effects. You must clear the crystal and then charge it before using it otherwise it won't work. It got me through many deaths with my friends and family.

As for the people in your life just say politely you wish to re-negotiate the terms of your relationships and discuss what you expect from them. Its kind of like a renewing of vows in marriage. I used to have folk dependent on me yet when I needed support they were nowhere to be seen. I've seen this happen amongst people doing all the caring. For any relationship to function it has to be a reciprocal arrangement. We all have needs and its not unrealistic to expect to have your needs met. If they won't meet your needs you must consider getting rid of them.

Any new friendships I would sit down and discuss expectations with the people in your life before patterns are set in place but be reasonable of course! Or else go somewhere else to get your needs met its as simple as that Dr Kelly Brogan, an outspoken psychiatrist tells folk not to be passive. She had a marriage where her needs were not being met so she left and got it elsewhere. That is what she openly said. Don't allow yourself to be a victim of life.

With your family I would have to say that their behaviour is sadistic and wicked. I am so sorry this has happened to you. There are always people out there that exploit the weakness of others rather than showing compassion and empathy. Don't take it personally, I know its your family but that is their level of evolution. You must walk away.

I sense you need new people in your life - fresh energy. I would not allow it to make you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders but view it as an opportunity. Life is a game and get the rules to work for you. So many times we feel as if we have been victimised by life rather than seeing it as an immense opportinity. Work out ways to be the best kind of friend you want to be for someone and focus on what you wish to attract. You can program clear quartz crystals to attract things in your life or maybe a picasso stone to even attract your soul tribe.

Work out ways to leverage your social mobility. I met my best friends doing volunteer work and attending groups.

I know it all seems impossible right now and you may feel totally defeated and at the end of your tether but you can do this - just write a list of things each week on what you want changed then write down what you must do each day - the activities you need to do to make your lifestart working for you with all the procedural steps. I learned this from a man called Dr Symeon Rodger who is a tai chi expert, orthodox minister and a former Canadian Intelligence person. Hes on the internet. Most people are too passive to take the steps but I had to do this myself. You must write down the strategic steps you've got to do each day to get your life working for you and it will!

Wishing you peace and happiness. I will hold you in my heart. I hope you know better days soon!
