I am so anxious right now I have to go to an appointment tomorrow with the psychiatrist and it is making me super nervous I just feel like something very bad is going to happen and I don’t want to have to go but my cm is coming to pick me up for it so I can’t get away from it and idk what to do I am so scared.

I hear you @Eden1919 psychiatrist appointments are scsry and I can hear it's hard to not know how it will go.
Is it a bad or serious appointment ? Related to CTO? Sending you strength. I have mine next week but I have been skipping appointments with the treating team so I can relate to anxiety around them. It's hard to go to these appointments and be vulnerable .
