Something’s not right

Go my own way

Go my own way

There is so much emotional pain and even more with knowing that I truly am on my own. It doesn't matter how much I hurt.

There's no support. Not from the gp, not from the mental health team, not even from an organisation via chat who just ended the chat rather abruptly with me and certainly not from 'family'. So wtf is the point anymore.

I'm sick of dealing with my mental health and the mental hell I live in. Nobody knows what it is like and I guarantee if I was able to let them in for an experience, they would want out in a matter of seconds.

So I might as well do this my own way....it's comforting knowing I have the ability to take this away...they probably thought I wouldn't but I bloody well can....no more being broken and no more living with darkness....

Hey. I get it and I just turned 61 a couple of days ago. Having a young doctor or chat person pull you up is just plain useless. I hear you. You aren’t alone. Your family probably caused it so they won’t want to hear about it. I’m not a specialist but I’ve had people lately really trying to reach me, and that’s all they can do. This feeling will pass. I’m thinking of you 🌻

So far I've tried all of the chat services and have got no where - basically told we can't help and ended the chat twice on me. So yes im on my own. Just want it all to stop.... literally left to deal with this on my own nd in my own way....my head hurts so much rn!! I don't need their 'help' now....can get screwed....
