(Tw: suicide) What are these thoughts in my mind?
So I am clinically diagnosed (autism level 2, suicidal depression, general anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder) but am constantly worrying/wondering if I have other mental illnesses. Like, I've had professionals tell me I don't have something, and then I'll relate to something else.
Right now, it is on suicidal OCD. Sometimes when I feel a bit anxious, I have hypotheticals running in my mind about self harm, despite not wanting to do it. They never go away, and I can't make them. My suspicion is that because I have been suicidal before, my mind's response to a bit of anxiety is to tell myself that I should be suicidal.
Could this be hypochondria/somatic symptoms disorder, or just my anxiety? I'm too scared to ask any of my professionals rn.
