Something’s not right

Depression and possible BPD

Depression and possible BPD

  • Hi there, I'm new to here. Its good to have found this sane site, to be able to read others experiences, thoughts and sharing. I am at a beggining I feel however I have felt all of my adult life that something is not right with me. At age of 50yrs I have come to a point where I'm concerned and looking for answers and the help I need to continue through life. To create better outcomes for my life and everday well being. I struggle at present with depression and I'm thinking that I certainly have CPTSD and likely BPD also. I have just started a course of antidepressants to help elevate my mood. My next on the list is to get a referral to a psychiatrist. I have done a fair bit of counselling which does help although I still feel overwhelmed with looking for answers to managing myself and getting the right help

@Henry72

Just as physical forces work against our body, they also work against our head.

I'm talking about various electrical forces around us.

They physically depress us.

It takes motivation to combat them.

There is nothing wrong with you.
