Hi first time poster here just found this forum site and need help I'm struggling every night and day with my health anxiety, was on medication for 14 years then I was having apps and meds change it was but the doc changed then over too quick now I'm week 3 of new meds and this just seem hopeless 😔

Changing meds is really hard to do. You are showing so much bravery in just changing them, especially at this time of year.
