Something’s not right

Pretending

Pretending

I have to sit and smile and pretend everything is ok in my head, but it is not...but no one actually would care and they just get pis$Ed off with me if I'm not ok. It's pointless calling counsellors online and it's even more pointless calling 1300 or going to hospital. What are you supposed to do when there is zero genuine/actual support....especially when you have such crappy dark thoughts that do not stop....I know there is nothing anyone can do and that reality just hurts even more....I feel so many things rn and it's all just push it down and numb it in anyway that I can...feel so done....

Hi @Loz_3647 and @perspective , I'm sorry to hear how you both feel...

@Loz_3647 It's surprising who does care when you do open up... Do you have any professional support?

Re: Pretending

Doesn't matter who I speak to it's clear nobody actually cares...they just don't want to hear about it. I have a psychologist but won't speak to her for a good while as its just 10 sessions for the year which is sH!t

It doesn't matter, just do what I always do...suffer in silence and then self destruct

Hi @Loz_3647 ,

I see that you're feeling hopeless at the moment. Looking at your post history, you've been having a hard time lately. I'm glad you're reaching out to the forums for support. What else do you do to keep yourself busy?

It's actually the job of the psychologist to hear about it. I hope you can have a session soon...

A handy forum tip is if you type @ and then click on a name in the drop-down box, that person will get a notification and won't miss your reply.
