Finding it difficult to communicate as the world seems too distant and awkward to navigate being on my own.
Parent Alienation-Mourning adult children and grandchildren that are still living is difficult, impossible for me to process to live even a slightly happy life... when will it stop hurting!

Hi. Yes I understand I’m at home, lonely and my two sons are refusing to see me.
They have been coached by their father and step mother.
Alienation is heart wrenching and I can’t find the right support.
