Negative thoughts pop into our head from time to time, but I'm sure this is not true. Sometimes we are too occupied with our thoughts and we can't see the truth.

No one takes the time to listen or I'm told to get over it especially my children

Sometimes people don't understand how difficult it is for you because they never experienced it. But you've got us, we are here to listen and support you.

I request to talk to someone in the same situation with there children

I messaged on here on the 16th of this month and didn't get a reply . I'm finding it hard dealing with things. I find it easier to talk to people in the same situation as me ☹️☹️😞😞

I know it can feel isolating when other members do not respond, but remember not everyone will see you post. Try tagging other members with the @ and type there name, or try to engage in other threads that people are on.
Good to see you know the kind of support you require and finding ways to seek it out
