Hi all hope your day is going well. I just got back from the private psychiatrist and he thinks I have bipolar 2, ptsd, and anxiety. He's given me new medication that is supposed to be effective for bipolar depression. The other psychiatrist says I have bpd and ptsd.
I'm so confused 😕 help

Sounds like you have a little plan hatched. Hopefully these changes will bring you some peace 🙂. It isn't going to be easy, that is for sure! But some goals and planning may ease your journey a little. Was happy to see you are taking some time away from work for this. You need to shed some of pressures where you can 💜
