Anyone here for birdwatching? And maybe bird photography!

From a distance @Shaz51 . My mother was terrified of birds, she lived on a farm when she was little and got trapped in a car with a chicken somehow she was not big on birds. But if I see any interesting ones I will try and take a picture.

Ohh your poor mum 😢 @Ainjoule

Yes, things can affect our whole life

The kids found a peachface parrot in the sandpit soo weak , we kept her and she lived for 10 years

She would lay eggs and push them out of her cage onto the floor

Ravens found lower half of Australia and Crows top half . How interesting, see attached photo and info on top of picture of source. Hello and Good weekend to everyone 😁 @Shaz51 @Ainjoule @bluegum @Acanthiza

Hey @Just How interesting I saw one the other day, now I will know.

Hi All 👋🏻

I’m a raven fan.

A few months ago I noticed a raven playing with a golf ball - once it saw me, though, it stopped playing and waited until I was ‘out of sight’ (hiding) then ran off with the ball and hid it under a pile of leaves, then wandered around and off as if to say “nothing to see here folks”… The following week I saw it up in the tree with it’s golf ball.

Hello @bluegum

Love that story of the raven amd the golf ball :ok_hand:

Hi, that's funny, bird with a ball.

Like the bowerbird which collects blue and shiny things to put in their nests @Just , @bluegum , @Blackbird11 , @tyme
