I was exhausted too.
You have just lost your mother and things can get out of whack during grief periods. Not sure what you did, but try and face up to it with your partner and not overdo the black and white thinking of all good or all bad. Good Enough Parenting is the goal. If you are bl**dy perfect no-one will be able to compete. Nobody is perfect.
