I am fed up to Scared.
I also have a problem with people not understanding me and I have screamed so many times in my life.
I called an ambulance Friday and they took me to hospital for a check up as my body hurt from the intense stress I am suffering from.
After the medical I had a mental health assessment.
The whole event took about 12 hours (got home close to 3am) but it was worth it because nobody would give me the help I needed the day before.
I still feel very much alone but I now know that my body is strong despite the agitation/pain you speak of and I have the offer of more assistance that had previously been denied.
Nothing may fix my problem but if you do not try you cannot blame others for your problems.
It took my original doctor 3 years to understand my depression and he apologised for not understanding its severity sooner.
It took another year or so and three applications to succeed in being granted a disability pension,
Nothing is easy sometimes but with patience and luck things kind of get better sometimes.
You mentioned watching funny videos on Youtube!
Any type of humour that makes you grin?
I cannot remember any jokes or recommend any videos at the moment.
I can say from experience that sometimes you have to slow down and seek the right medicine for pain.
A long time ago I was in the Army and I was issued with a medical kit.
At some point somebody came to me stating they had a terrible headache and they really wanted something to take the pain away.
I opened the kit and started reading the labels on the bottles to try and find a headache tablet.
I found one bottle and read out loud the label to understand its contents.
I started saying "For relief ..." and I was interrupted by "my patient" who thought I was wasting my time doing the right thing and checking everything thoroughly.
I had a responsibility to make sure I was doing the right thing so I told him to shut up and wait.
I then continued to read the label which went on to say "... of constipation."
