Hello @Chris1969. I'm pleased you've found your way here but sorry you needed to. Sometimes it can happen that posts don't get a reply, but that is rare. If I'm online and I see that happening, I usually jump in and say something because we can take no replies personally, can't we? And disheartening people reaching out is not what we are about. I haven't tried Beyond Blue myself, but I've found great people here.

Hi. I live with my son and his girlfriend. She hates me, he tries to give me a bit of time. My mentally ill son lives in a house I'm paying for, I see him once a week. My wife and I are struggling, I see her every two weeks or so. Last year I made a number of friends who have all drifted away one way or another

Thanks for the tip. Yeah, they are kids so I am the adult but it makes things hard, mostly because my son tries to juggle some time for me, but I am alone most of the time
