It’s good to see you in a better frame of mind tonight.

It was slightly upsetting to see you so upset a few nights ago.

It sounds like you have so much happening and things are really tough. It is understandable that you feel a bit ‘not okay’.

Im not really sure of your situation, but I hope you are safe.

Sometimes it’s about drawing the line if it means your own MH is at stake. But as I said, I don’t know what’s happening for you so you are the best to judge.
