Hi @Krystal, I'm so sorry to read how alone and sad you are feeling right now. But glad that you reached out to us for help. We can be company for you when you are feeling the grief so acutely. Can you tell us a little about your loss?
I noticed that when you posted something similar last month you had a really good response from the community. It might help you read over that again. You can find it here.
It would be great to know a little more about your experiences if you feel able to share. I'm sure that our members will be able to relate to some of your experiences and the emotional pain you are in. It can help you know that you're not really alone.

Hi @Krystal Would it help you chatting on here. There are so many of us that go through similar. Sometimes sharing and chatting on here is helpful. Most of us are very caring and understanding.
