Perhaps something like this can be the beginning of feeling less isolated? It doesn't replace face to face connection, but it's a start?

I've lived many years feeling completely and utterly isolated. It was a lot of effort getting out of it. It was comfortable, but launching into the deep has made all the difference.

So yes, my offer for a cuppa is still definitely there!

It actually just reinforces the fact that I'm isolated and have no one to turn to in a one on basis ,that is dehumanizing but I'm used to that feeling unfortunately. It would take someone who genuinely cares to change my circumstances.
