What's the difference between voices and voices?

What's the difference between voices and voices?

During assessment for bipolar some of the questions I was asked were around seeing and hearing things. When asked do you hear voices I said yes, but doesn't everybody? You know like the inner voice.

The last couple of days I've been contemplating what exactly is the diiference; what is considered a regular inner voice and what constitutes voices that perhaps aren't meant to be there? They dropped the subject and didn't ask any more but I have more than one inner voice, they have different accents and they argue with me and with each other. I'm not suggesting they impact on my life or anything but how can I respond accurately to the question if no one tells me what the norm is lol

Another mistake today is the 5th ( I posted after midnight so 6th is tomorrow ... And not today as thought ...
Meditation should be doing it again it's more fun with others than on your own ... There seems to be a greater " energy level " ( if yhat makes sense?)

Its ok about the 12th I take coincidences with a grain of salt ... learning to the small talk ... but it is amazing how much social chit chat is taken up with a lot of nonsense

Wilton looks beautiful. I lived near Brunswick Street when I was at uni and thats where I did Raja Yoga .. never regretted it but am a bit shy of being a devotee.

Snow run .... xyz weather??? Its just started to rain here ... went to a big run near Goulburn on the back of Yammie 1100 .. but I might be repeating myself like my old grandfather.

I'm not Brahma Kamaris devote just have gone to their weekend retreats on 3 occasions and enjoyed each one immensely plus by its nature you meet more open minded people ( unlike some I like to keep at least one foot on the planet)

One foot at a time helps with walking.

It was good to look at their website and see how they have changed their approach. They told my girlfriend and I that we were men in our last reincarnation and I tried to talk rationally with them but they were insistent .. it kinda put me off.

Yet meditation has been a great tool.

There are voices and voices ... I always knew I was female but as I had no father it effects the way I was socialised thats all.

I didnt fix my bike because I was born that way .. I fixed it cos there was no-one else and I had to try.

Thank you Peppi. Yes I am a writer - this is my latest poem 🙂

Framed In Colour.

Up on the rooms walls
Fixed visions of us all
How owl guides us into the dream
Single frozen frames to seen
Past few futures all the craze
Crowned in the heavenly blue haze
His so surreal meets amaze
Our entire lives briefly seen
What was and could of been
Flecks of oils
Our painful ways
Complete framed in the imagined maze
Pictures on walls speak no words
Within each are our worlds
A single red figure holds the key
Many love but only few see.
