Didn't go to work today.

It's It's relief to be able to stay home today.

I'm going to try to do some work on my diploma from my laptop in bed, I got a reminder than I haven't submitted an assessment in 2 weeks.

I'm so tired.

Hopefully working on assessments will distract you as you will need to concentrate on something else instead of just being stuck in your own head.

@Captain24 It's helping the day go by.

@Bow I'm studying a diploma of remedial massage. Don't know when I will finish it. I started it 2 years ago, during a time when I was well and thought I could accomplish anything. I'm nearly finished all the course work but have 80 practice hours to complete that I don't know when I will be able to complete. Maybe when I get better.

@Christheart , are you okay? We haven't seen you around for a while.
