Something’s not right

I can’t cope

I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Good on you for getting to the supermarket today @Snowie

Ooo I've never seen that movie before. Is it a good one?

My day has been good thanks!

A few days off sound really good @Captain24 Concentrate on yourself. I hope you get out in the garden and get what you want done.

Dogs certainly play a big part in our lives, well any pet does. I am glad you have her by your side.

We had a great family day out. We went to the Ice hockey game which we all enjoyed.

It's a really good movie @amber22, based on a true story.

I like movies that are based on real life.

Re: I can’t cope

Maybe I'll give it a watch tonight 🙂 @Snowie

True story movies are a lot easier to get into because I can really imagine it happening!

Do you have much planned for tonight?

Re: I can’t cope

@amber22 I especially like movies based around ww1 and ww2.

Not up to much tonight. Just a quiet night at home.

Re: I can’t cope

I agree that planning things to keep busy with is the way to go @Captain24 . It used to keep me outta 'mischief'...

When I wasn't working on weekends, I used to get caught up in all sorts of trouble. Actually, come to think of it, because I work on forums after hours, it's sort of a life-saver for me too.

My hayfever automatically came with my asthma. I've had immunotherapy for my hayfever in the past, so it's sort of under control - more control than the past anyway.

Did I tell you that I'm FINALLY going to rent out my place? I met this guy who really needs a place as he has been on drugs and wants to come clean. He's been to rehab and is really trying his best. So i said I'll give him a month's trial and if the place is suitable, he can stay there for longer. He doesn't have a job yet though. I feel that if I don't help him, he might get worse. I always think of my brother in law

Re: I can’t cope

I like long weekends if I’m working. Public holidays are triple time! @amber22 @Snowie @tyme. When I’m not working though they are horrible. The town gets extra busy with tourists and you can’t go anywhere.

Im glad the ice hockey was good.

A few days off is what I need right now. I just need to stay occupied. I hate gardening with a passion but it needs to be done so my house looks nicer from the front.

I agree with the gardening. It makes your head clearer with the garden is neat. Hence I pay my gardener lol @Captain24 . I'm so glad he does it. He's coming tomorrow actually. Comes fortnightly.
