I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I’m sorry @Snowie. I really hope things turn around for you too. Even though it was hard was it productive?

Im just going to watch some tv. Just trying to decided if I want dinner or not.

I hope you have tea tonight. I am watching a series on netflix called The Designated Survivor. It is actually quite good.

@Snowie I really enjoyed that series on Netflix, although the first 2 seasons were better than the last.

I’m only watching home and away and MasterChef @Snowie . There’s nothing else here to watch.

I just grabbed a chicken schnitzel from a restaurant around the corner. It was ok. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse.

Im hoping that it’s because I’m so tired @Bow @amber22. I hate myself for this not working. I don’t want to leave though. I’d rather stay here than face going back home. I still have another night to go. Maybe that will help.

I dont own any pj’s that fit me so I actually went shopping today for some in case I need them.

There is a med change to try first. So hopefully that works. I’ll have to discuss it with my CM when I get back.

I love pj's @Captain24 Would live in them if I could. That and my oodie.

I am already in them now. Just had a shower which has helped a little.

I hope you can get some sleep tonight so you're not so tired tomorrow.

I just had a shower too and crawled into bed just in time for home and away to start. I will have to get up shortly to go get my meds though.
