I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Thanks good @Paperdaisy. Yeah it’s a 3 day break in the hope it helps. Otherwise I have to go to hospital. So I have a lot riding in this. I’m just going to focus on trying to enjoy myself!

I hope it helps you hon @Captain24 Just take it moment by moment and enjoy yourself.

Not handling things at the moment. I am struggling with just the basic things.

Whatever you need @Captain24 It might replenish your energy stores to cope with hospital, if that's what you need. You know yourself best. It's hard. Do what you need to do to get closer to recovery, whatever that means for you.

Thanks @Paperdaisy. I’m hoping it’s the right step towards recovery. I have a long way to go but if I can at least start. Just to not feel so hopeless and worthless would be good. At least now though, I have a small glimmer of hope.
