What I see is a beautiful, kind, caring soul. So many times you’ve supported me when I’ve been in the darkest of places. That is not a horrible person that is a magnificent, valuable, loving, empathetic person.

You do not have to give anything to anyone right now. You can lean on us. We are here for this exact purpose.

It’s perfectly fine what you are wearing to work. Jumpers and jeans are totally OK. Cheese sandwiches for lunch are also good and even the fact you are thinking about what you’ll eat is a win today.

Hello @Nala2022, things have been really tough for me. The nightmares have become almost intolerable and the medication I've been prescribed is causing my blood pressure to be lower than usual which causes me to be so giddy and feel like I'm going to pass out. I've just woken up and straight away I've been hit with panic and the thoughts have come flooding in. I'm safe, just laying in bed snuggling with Casper.
