I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 yes there's a few neighbours that i avoid. But 3 of the ones near me are elderly and they always say hello. They have told me that I'm the best person that's been in this house as the others always caused issues.

I finished the section I was doing and started on a new one but I did really have much time today. It’ll have to wait until next week now. Probably Wednesday may be my only day. I have a few appointments and stuff. @MissGremlin

Ive just fed the dogs and im about to have a shower and go to bed. Im just so tired.

I’ll be thinking of you. I’ll pop in a little bit over the next 2 nights as im on dayshift but it wont be for very long.

I didn’t sleep real well and now I’m extra

tired @MissGremlin. I don’t always sleep well the night before work though. I’m really not up for it and would love to call in sick but I have to go. It was a struggle to get up and pack my lunch. When I did that and got the dogs food ready it started to flow a bit better.

I hope you slept ok and hope you cope with today.

Morning @Captain24 sweet, I'm hoping work goes ok for you today. Thinking of you lots ❤️.

I had a really rough night, I couldn't go to sleep and then when I did i was awake every few minutes. Everytime I dozed off i would have little nightmares but it was like I was still partly awake while it was happening.
