I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Eve7 I feel like with migraines prevention is always better. But the pain has gone down a bit. Sitting in front of the fan.

@Former-Member ❤️ I am also cranky even when I feel physically better. But being ill doesn’t seem to help. The evening glasses seem to reduce the strain a bit. I am also really sensitive to evening light so it can really disrupt my mood and sleep.

@Shaz51 that’s terrible. I don’t usually vomit and just get nausea. I hope you are well xxxx

I hate that clean! @Former-Member. Once everything is out it leaves such a mess. But then all the unpacking in the new place. At least when I moved last year this was a new build and the rent was cheap on my last place so I had basically unpacked before I moved my furniture!

My excitement for tomorrow is bathing Pix and taking her to the vet. Then going shopping to food prep for work. At least there will be food in my house. And ironing! I’m sure I must be the only person on a mine site that irons their clothes.

Yep that’s me! @Former-Member. Always in ironed clothes with coal dust flying around. My hair though is a different story. I pull it back into a ponytail but because it’s layered the helmet makes the shorter layers fall out so it’s a mess!

Pix just has to have her vaccination she was to sick last time.

Thanks for chatting tonight. I’m starting to have some really unsafe urges so I think it’s best if I go to bed.
