Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before. I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent. there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Did tymes suggestion work for you at all @Captain24 ? Hard place to be.. I also just sit in it until it moves on. I know it won't last forever.

I tried it last night @Paperdaisy and then again today at work when I was struggling. It’s hard to do but I’ll keep trying. Im trying to sit with it but I don’t really get it. Im running out of options and hope.

I saw my MH nurse on Friday @Paperdaisy and she was getting in contact with the psychiatrist. Not sure when I will get into her. I see my GP on Wednesday and just hope the Psychiatrist has gotten in contact with her. I would ring my nurse tomorrow but I’m at work all day so I can’t. I feel very alone

I hear that you feel alone @Captain24 but you're not alone, we're here with you. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other. It won't always be this hard and there are people looking out for you. Let us know how it goes Weds?
