I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

A walk sounds nice @Captain24 sorry that it wasn’t such good company though. I have a room with a view… it looks like a nice day out there, shame I’m stuck in here.
do your folks cook a good meal?

Having a room with a view is nice. I find even looking at a nice day can help boost your mood. Sometimes.
It’s homemade hamburgers so should be good. I usually eat and run!

@Bow a nice view does make a difference. It is warming up and the weather is becoming better as we are in spring now 🙂

The meal was good. It was a very quiet dinner table though after I’d had enough and told them to stop arguing

I have an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach. Im miserable. Im depressed. I feel worthless and useless. I feel like I don’t deserve to be here. I just can’t get out of my head. I’m struggling to see a healthy way out.

Oh and mums dog has a heart condition and Pix had just had a massive run and was overheated so it was just a little rest for her!
