It's just too hard!!!

Really struggling tonight. Calling crisis services is a joke. On hold, one after another.

Sorry I didn't check in yesterday. It takes me a while to recover after a "spin out".

I'm leveling out a bit now.

Never got through to any of the crisis services though.

Hi @Scream58 all OK from my end please know I am here as little or as much as u wanna talk,

Or if u wanna write here while waiting for services ? The wait is annoying and tricky for services and it can feel really disheartening.
