Keeping going 'tis hard

Keeping going 'tis hard

Hi

It feels like forever since I added a post, I hope that my remarks may be of use to some. I have been so busy with dis-proving (again) the diagnosis routine and have had the police and the ambulance service involved. This is not their fault - I rang BB for support and the outcome was not really gorgeous. I was given a copy of the ambulance report whilst in ED - according to the report i was smelly, uncooperative and aggresive.

Simply - I WAS NOT. It is awful to be treated in such a mannner when I maintain that I behaved appropriately regardless. I understand that the AO were very young, however to be given the report at the ED certainly suggests a sound reason to complain. At least I was treated as a normal human being by the police and the ED staff.

I have ceased the meds AGAIN and in 2 days and know that my mood is pretty unstable, I am agitated, stressed and very busy being worried.

I am trying to prove AGAIN that I am perfectly fine and there is no problem...............what the?

Regards BAST

Re: Keeping going 'tis hard

Hi @Bast
I learnt to fear the life of the party, limitless energy with no sleep and no fatigue. Oh yes I used to love feeling that way. I was invincible!
Eventually I was able to recognise that the higher I got the lower I fell until I became clinically catatonic. Yes hospitalisation was the only option.

It's so simple to end up between a rock and a hard place. My working week starts tomorrow so I don't have to think about what I'll be doing.
Tomorrow can you set yourself just one goal, just one and do it. At the end of the day you will at least be able to say, I did it! It's about making those things happen even though you have no energy. You Bast can do this.
Luv n Hugzzz 💕
Take care

Aye it is hard to keep going @Bast but who else is going to ensure that bees find fodder in suburban fields?

I have forsaken the lawn .. and the mowing

and was happiest when I noticed lotsa worms and bugs in my garden... bugger that some of them eat pretty leaves ... but I am only going for a good habitat .. not a home beautiful... they have different priorities.

I dont mind looking at other people's grass ...

Isnt @Kurra inspiring? ... another hyperchick ... Yay!

Re: Keeping going 'tis hard

I don't feel like a hyperchick tonight @Appleblossom! It's been a looong day and I don't like getting up at 4.15 when the pre-dawn aren't particularly warm.
Worst of all is that I was good and went to bed soon after 9.
Guess who can't sleep and has been galumphing around the bend. I've just got up again. I'll have a quiet ale and the head back to my galumphing!!! 🎶

Course not when your pooped @Kurra ... but in my mind you have too many runs on the board to be anything less. I cant do what you can do. RESPECT.

@Bast seems to have a few things up her sleeve too.
