Bit Fed Up

Bit Fed Up

So i was meant to see my pdoc today and the whole plan fell through. Apparently "due to covid" the doctor wasn't even told i was in the office. Work that out. He rang me instead, but my phone is on silent... not the point. It's like they were using covid as an excuse.

The receptionist was defensive and so i just let slide. Rebooked. Pdoc rang me on the way back and I was in the car.

meds sitution is gonna change with his help so that's good. I told him about work and he said it sounded like the job was not suited to me, or indeed roles like it,.

I am also fed up with feeling sexually repressed - there i said it. I can talk about this with my psych on wednesday though so that's okay. My friend whom I have hung out with is a bit confusing to speak with because english isn't her first langauge. But oh well, nothing ventured nothing gained. Who knows whats happening there, but I think I can see nothing will. I am fed up of that in its own right anyways - It's a growing trend but at least now that I have realised why it was happening i can stop it in the future.

I need to be wary of these thought patterns.

I have some tea and binarual beat music on atm.

Just winding myself down for the day.

Personally I don't believe that ranting about things and being hostile towards myself or the world or others is the answer

The most appropriate answer is to feel what hurt and pain is necessary. Then move on. It's an active choice I can make myself.

When i am ready to and completely conscious of the impacts of things that happen.

Hey there @MDT

Sounds frustrating the lack of communication around your apt, but glad you got to speak with him and be able to bring up some of those things you mentioned here.

There’s a lot of strength in knowing & taking those personal aspects around your sexuality with your psych this week. All the best with that.

Good to get these things off your chest & I always admire the support you give yourself.
Some great self compassion right there.

Hi @Hams I had a longest chat today, felt better so did my friend,we just talked, vented , sometimes it was at the same time while listening to each, language barriers can be so funny though

both felt so happy afterwards, because gets it out is sometimes the best way 👏 @Former-Member @MDT 👍

@MDT

Frustrating re Covid excuses. Yep.

Cant help the other. Wrong generation ....lol ...Seems the fashions there change ... up tight .... free love .... up tight ....it is interesting for me to look back after my life and see the attitudes, stigma, and all sorts of issues around sexuality. It can be hard being a young person, no matter what period of time.
