Hi @Eden1919 , so sorry to hear you are feeling this way. It is so hard when you find yourself giving so much of yourself, only to get nothing in return.
Are there any friends, family, or other supports you feel you could go to and say very plainly "I need someone in my corner right now, can you please help me?"

@Eden1919 , I'm so sorry that you're feeling that way and justifiably. I know the feeling.

In real life no-one is there for me either, and at the moment it's making me very disillusioned with people, because everything they say about me (my family) is a convenient misinterpretation of the truth after I have put up with so much and just kept looking after their interests before my own. So I think I understand how you feel. I hope so.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way, it's hard when people in our lives aren't there for us when we need them the most.

I am just having such a weird time and it is hard to explain to begin with but as soon as i try people seem to disappear i just spent some time outside in the fresh air and that has made me feel at least a little refreshed which is nice but i am still not sure how to approach my situation.

@Eden1919 maybe people ar3e just coping with their own shit that they cannot cope with anyone elses.

@Bunniekins I am well aware that other people have their own shit to deal with but it doesnt take much to say something like "i hear you" or "i am listening" i am not asking for anyone to fix my problems or to do any kind of professional type support all i want is to feel heard and cared about just like anyone else does and i too have plenty of my own shit to deal with but i still listen to other peoples struggles when they need me to and yet when it is me there is no one around. just because others have shit going on too doesnt mean their shit is more important than mine or more deserving of support than mine.

@Eden1919 Speaking for myself when I was hallucinating and was psychotic it was my mother who was the only one who stepped up to help me.Any one else found it too hard to deal with. I have since promised my family to stay on my meds and they continue now to support me,
