Biking with your son sounds great, @pancakes 🙂
I am not achieving much at the moment. Doing a lot of reading instead...not good!
Hope today goes OK for you and that the depression lifts @pancakes ...even just a little bit each day.

@NatureLover What are you reading? I love a good book, just lacking the brain power to get into it these days

@pancakes I understand about not having the brain power for reading when depressed.
How are you doing today?
I've just read two novels that I thought were mystery books but were psychological thrillers about DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder). I do look for books on MI but didn't realise both would be about this. Both were excellent books, gripping.

@NatureLover Sounds like my kind of books :ok_hand: What are they called? I’ll add them to my “to read” list.
Have you read Boy Swallows Universe? That would be the last novel I managed to get through. I want to read it again, it had a lot of thought provoking sentiments wrapped up in it. But of course none of them have been able to stick in my useless brain.

@pancakes Yes, I've read Boy Swallows Universe. I liked it.
The two novels are "I Looked Away" by Jane Corry, and "I Know My Name" by C.J. Cooke. But now I've given the mystery away!

How so @NatureLover ?

@pancakes By telling you the stories are about DID (which was only revealed at the end of both stories)...

@pancakes I just want to check in with you and see how you're doing...?

Thank you for thinking of me @NatureLover how are you doing?
Things are still chaotic here, it’s been very draining. Strange times.

I seem to have forgotten how to quote someones post here. I just saw your previous response @NatureLover re the books. Well the spoiler has hooked me and made me want to read it, so that’s ok 👍 And by the time I get around to reading it I’m sure I’ll have forgotten the spoiler anyway haha
