A little upset
I'm currently safe. I'm just so honestly fed up with the bloody NDIS! Today I found out that it's going to be another shit-fight just to get a support coordinator and to get my NDIS plan adjusted. Wow! Just... Wow!
Was gonna rile up over it but I have to keep away from the hospitals at the moment so unless I suddenly deteriorate, I'll avoid making myself angry today. When I receive another phone call re: NDIS, I'm pulling out the chocolates before my anger alarm goes off. It's better to stifle it before it starts up, I know what I'm like when I lose my temper.
I don't want my support workers to get worried about me. I don't want to miss my psych appointment on Saturday either. I also don't want to miss my excursions this week. It seems that now I have something on each week so when I feel like just letting my rage gauge go off, something else has to get in the way so I can't let it happen. I also don't want to get sick from any bad infections either viral or bacterial, so I keep avoiding rage triggers all the time now. The NDIS is a rage trigger for me. I know I have to have support workers with me from now on to prevent a lot of problems. Getting sick will just complicate my mental health treatments too, so I have to keep on top of physical health as well. Sorry for the wall of text, but I had to let the vent go off a bit so I won't explode.
