I started one of the post office ones years back but ran out of steam with it

yeah apparently they arent worth paper printed on @StuF but I paid way too much for mine. If had looked around could have got a cheap one thru community legal etc , there are ways .. just to do with super etc, started online one then rang them them just went ooh thats not in Will that just disappears into thin air lol, even financially literate , home owning share holder sibling thought that. Not the case and not that hard, just most people do not know. simple Will shouldnt cost that much i paid over $300 think even after asked for concession rate, funny they just said Yes, never asked for proof dont think

I've still got to lodge it with 'Will Bank' that they have in WA (free) so it will .. never get lost .. also told potential executors that legal firm informed me that they will keep electronic copy 'forever' well , trust Will Bank (govt) more than them lol

also was supposed to look at getting box at bank, but last time looked into that , ok only half-heartedly, cost was outrageous @StuF

well , super is easy to leave to dependents or partner , but I have neither @StuF turns out all you do is put legal representative as beneficiary der pretty hard , and online person just about choked 'oh thats not part of will" ..yes technically true, depending on how its done, but very misleading ...

I could have got it done at 'citizens advice bureau' they have here , only local one has no lawyer, have a look, there are options to do cheap, not just nasty. ha ha for my few hundred got to leave % of any money left to salvos and cat refuge @StuF lol plus make sure super is subject to conditions of Will, ie no way in Hell any relative of mine is getting 1 miserable cent after so generously helping me out w parents estate and my pathetic Life situation whereas is they had chucked in even $7-10k ea from their $240k share I would have been happy , might have got me to being homeowner, ok they own millions in property have rock solid super that is triple the pension , many many assets, obv homes paid off etc bla bla

dont think ever saw my father in home @Appleblossom maybe 10 individual trips to mother was staggered to see young disabled people there, also just stench of urine wasnt uncommon it wasnt exactly airy in there ugh lol yeah .. Pass I'd rather live by creek in a humpy and if fell over hopefully just lay there
