oh plus have to go to dole now as they finally managed to stuff my rent allowance up after they finally accepted me changing my address. They asked for docs. Sent twice. Heard nothing . Checked future payments yest. Gone down heaps . They must want actual cenno rent form, not what they asked for ie copy of lease . So yeah. Sfa next few hours then busy til lunch looks. What about you?

what s physio for ? I had to stop exercises I got given by physio, bit, well a lot too much for me, will have a go at them later today after rest yesterday.
