@Bunniekins lol not me, I wake up at all different times, it's rare for me to sleep straight thru. It's especially worse if there's a lot on my mind.

@Bunniekins it's an anxiety, ptsd thing, if I've been talking in detail about experiences I had at work or I have an appointment that's giving me anxiety, I'll have trouble sleeping / staying asleep. Kind of like a kid on the night before Christmas, but without the excitement.
